Welcome to Afterpay Phones! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services offered through Afterpay Phones FZE LLC in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

We sell original, brand-new mobile phones and accessories from well-known global brands. All mobile devices are TDRA (Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority) approved for legal distribution in the UAE.
3. Installment Plans
We provide flexible payment solutions through trusted financial partners such as Tabby and Tamara. All installment plans are subject to approval and terms set by the respective financial service provider.
4. Payment Methods
- Mobile Phones: Credit card, debit card, or approved installment plan only.
- Mobile Accessories: Available via credit/debit card or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Note: All transactions are processed in compliance with UAE Central Bank and eCommerce regulations.
5. Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in AED (Dirhams) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason. Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping. After shipment, cancellation is not guaranteed.
7. Warranty & After-Sales Support
All mobile devices are covered by official manufacturer warranties. Users are advised to approach the brand’s authorized service center for any warranty claims.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage, website downtime, or delays in delivery.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
