π± Mobile Phones
- Non-Returnable Once Delivered: Mobile phones cannot be returned or exchanged once they are delivered and accepted by the customer, in accordance with UAE eCommerce standards for personal electronics.
- Failed Deliveries: If the delivery fails (i.e., you never received the product), you are eligible for a full refund within 5β7 business days.
- Opened Boxes / Faulty Devices:
All phones are TDRA-approved and come with a valid manufacturer warranty. If there is a fault or defect:- Visit the authorized service center of the brand for replacement or repair, per their policy.
- We will assist you in locating the nearest service center if needed.
π§ Mobile Accessories
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
- Unavailable for Exchange? A refund will be issued, processed within 7 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.
